March 2018 – Victoria
We are excited to honor Victoria as our Employee of the Month for March. Victoria can be found as one of our beloved Servers here at The St. James Tearoom. We are also so honored to have her as part of the St. James family for six years now!
Victoria (or Tori, as she is so affectionately known) is a true ambassador of our aspirations of Grace and Gentility. She demonstrates both as a servant leader for her team. Victoria’s heart for her guests and teammates causes her to constantly go above and beyond. She consistently, and without complaint, helps her fellow Servers in tasks, guides new employees, and strives to uplift in all she does.
Another detail that makes Victoria such a gem is her love, and impressive adeptness, of puns. We are always left in stitches after working a shift with Victoria. She keeps us laughing and makes our work day full of joy!
Her quiet and gentle manner often causes her work to go unnoticed, but through her diligence Victoria is an agent of change in our lives. She helps us to see the best in others, to practice Grace, and to spread kindness wherever we go.
