November 2018 – Denise
We are overjoyed to honor Denise as November’s Employee of the Month! Denise has been part of the St. James family as a Server since September 2013.
After five years, you might call Denise a St. James staple. Her experience and passion for the Tearoom brings stability to her team. Along with leading and teaching our newest members of the serving team how to fold the perfect napkin or make the perfect pot of tea, Denise also provides a beautiful example of our Aspirations Grace, Civility, Beauty, Gentility, and Excellence. She brings a genuine passion for her job and values every guest she serves.
When having a conversation with Denise, you feel as if you are talking to an old friend. She provides a warmth and natural ease whether she is catching up with a long-time coworker or a brand new guest. Her genuine care and concern makes everyone feel honored and at home.
