“Get a Clue”
The other day someone asked me how I was going to handle a difficult situation.
I responded, “Not a clue.”
At times life can seem a Mystery, and how often do we feel like we ‘don’t have a clue.’ However, isn’t it a strong support to have a Watson to our Sherlock (or a Sherlock to our Watson!) by our side? One doesn’t want to solve a Mystery or try to find one’s way through an intricate labyrinth or face a challenging conundrum all alone.
How much better to face our enigmas with another person at our side! And all the better if that other person has a different skill set and different perspective than our own. Suddenly our bases are broadened, our view of the problem is widened, and our chances increase.
Thank goodness Sherlock had Watson!
Thank goodness Watson had Sherlock!
May we all be so blessed in the New Year….
Yours for the return of Grace, Civility, Beauty, Gentility, and Excellence,
Mary Alice
