September 2018 – Isaac
This month, we are honoring Isaac as September’s Employee of the Month! Isaac has been with the St. James family since June of 2017 as an Expeditor Dishwasher.
During his time here, Isaac has grown and flourished as a leader in the dish station. Though washing dishes is not always seen as the most glamorous of jobs, it is an essential part to creating a beautiful experience for our guests. Isaac has taken on his tasks with Grace and dignity, keeping a positive attitude even on our busiest days! He is gentle in both words and actions, exemplifying Gentility to those around him.
He’s quick to lend a hand, ask how your day is going, or give a smile to brighten someone’s day. Isaac is always putting others’ needs before his own. He helps his team by covering shifts as often as he can or stays a bit longer past his shift to ensure the next dishwasher is supported.
We are so blessed by Isaac’s calming presence. He brings a steady and reliable Excellence to both his dishwashing team and the Tearoom as a whole. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the Tearoom family, Isaac!
