June 2018 – Stephanie
We are overjoyed to honor Stephanie as June’s Employee of the Month! Stephanie has been with The St. James since November of 2017 as one of our lovely Market Attendants.
Stephanie is a wonderful example of all our St. James Aspirations. Through Grace, she constantly gives of herself to others, always choosing kindness and love. Her humility and Servant’s Heart shine through as she takes on tasks or covers shifts (always with a huge smile) that may be less pleasant for others. She exhibits Civility by always looking out for how to ease the burdens of another’s day. A perfect example of this came from just the other day when she was found walking arm in arm with a guest as they were struggling to walk to and from their seating area.
Stephanie always sees the best and the Beauty in others; and is a steward of Gentility through her gentle and giving nature. Through it all, she constantly strives toward Excellence in order to better herself and her team.
We at St. James are so blessed by her presence and the genuine joy she brings to every situation. And we know anyone who has met her feels the same. Thank you, Stephanie, for continuously brightening our day!
