April 2018 – Chasya
We are excited to honor Chasya as our Employee of the Month for April. She has been part of the St. James family since August of 2015, making delicious goodies in our kitchen!
Chasya is a great steward of our St. James Aspirations of Grace, Civility, and Excellence. She works hard to create beautiful food to serve our guests. Even when last minute changes arise, she is always willing to adjust and make sure every guest is served the best product in a timely manner.
Chasya also has a wonderful servant’s heart for her team. Her kindness is a constant encouragement to her team. She always teaches the newer staff with Grace and Gentility. Freely sharing her expertise, Chasya always has time to answer questions to help her team grow.
Even under stress, Chasya never fails to greet and serve others in love. It is her consistency, both in serving others and creating beautiful products, that makes her stand out. We are so glad to have you as part of the team, Chasya!
