April 2017 – Eric

Eric has been a wonderful blessing here at The St. James Tearoom for seven years now. He started working with us in the dishwashing station, and we have had the privilege of watching him grow into a member of our leadership team, managing the kitchen and serving as a chef who produces beautiful and yummy delectable foods for our enjoyment and consumption.

Through the years we have also seen him become a husband and father who gives his best, working with integrity, treating his co-workers with care and concern, greeting people with his great smile and bringing joy to his co-workers with his knack for helping people have fun at work. He has truly absorbed the “family” spirit that our owners strive to instill in their leaders by modeling encouragement and support, always willing to help out where needed. He is the hands that serve in our video on Give Sanctuary where, just like in the kitchen he did an excellent job!
