March 2016 – Jon

The St. James is proud to present our Employee of the Month, Jon! Jon has been working at the Tearoom for a little over a year now. He started as a dishwasher and has slowly migrated to being a server. He is such a joy to work with because his positive and fun attitude makes him a delight to be around. In fact, many of the guests he serves ask for him when they come again. He also always is looking for ways to not only help the serving team but also the rest of the teams in the Tearoom. He helps in market, kitchen, and dish station when he has the time. Jon is an awesome asset to our staff and we don’t know what we would do without him!
