January 2016 – Rachel

For January, we are proud to announce our Employee of the Month is one of our kitchen team members, Rachel Lott! Rachel has been a core member of the Tearoom for three and a half years. She first started in the Market but migrated to working in the kitchen. Many of her fellow co-workers have spoken highly of her dependability, thoroughness, and efficiency. She is always a joy to work with and even stays beyond her shift to help the next kitchen staff get ahead. The St. James is so blessed to have an amazing staff member such as Rachel and we congratulate her on being the Employee of the Month!
