Earl Grey with “oomph!”

Earl of St. James

When the mundane simply will not do, brew a pot of our St. James blend of traditional Earl Grey. Redolent of the oil of bergamot—the trademark of an Earl Grey—it bears the addition of rose petals, lavender flowers, and rosemary leaves that add a bit of “oomph!” to the classic flavor. Sweeten with white sugar and adorn with milk.
