 4 Tbsp tea leaves (2 qt. pitcher)

 ~ 2 ¹ ⁄₂ minutes: Drain tea strainer

 white sugar to sweeten, stirred in while hot

 Chill and/or add ice cubes, serve, and enjoy!

Tea Tip: To avoid diluting your iced tea, make the ice cubes out of the tea you are preparing!

2 heaping Tbsp tea leaves (48 oz. water / large-sized teapot)

 ~ 1 ¹ ⁄₂ minute: pause timer, drain tea strainer, return, continue steeping

 ~ 2 minutes: start tasting every 15 seconds, steeping to your preference

 ~ 2 ¹ ⁄₂ minutes: recommended steep time for “Peaches Promenade.” Drain tea strainer, serve, and enjoy!

 white sugar will complement, but this tea does not take milk.

Tea Tip: Taste by pouring only a quarter inch of tea into the cup.
