Delightfully reminiscent of far eastern lands! The essence of plum in this green tea is at once tart and sweet and softened beautifully by a touch of white sugar or amber honey.

water at a simmer (~180-190° F)
1 tsp tea leaves per 6 oz. water (standard teacup)
~ 3 1 ⁄2 minutes: Drain tea strainer, serve, and enjoy!
white sugar will complement, but this tea does not take milk
Tea Tip: For fullest flavor, use a tea strainer with enough room to allow the tea leaves to open as they steep.
