A spunky yet elegant infusion of lemon zest and all organic lemony herbs such as lemongrass, lemon verbena, and lemon balm. One may sweeten this caffeine-free, herbal tea with only a touch of white sugar or a drop of lovely honey.

water at a rolling boil (~212° F)
1 heaping tsp tea leaves per 6 oz. water (standard teacup)
~ 5 1 ⁄2 minutes: Drain tea strainer, serve, and enjoy!
white sugar or honey will complement, but this tea does not take milk
Tea Tip: For fullest flavor, use a tea strainer with enough room to allow the herbs room to steep.
