Iced Lavender Lemonade Recipe with Lavender Lace and Brown Sugar

Prep Time: 15 minutes plus cooling

Makes 6 cups

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water, divided
  • 4 Tbsp. Lavender Lace loose leaf tea
  • 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • Optional garnish: lemon slices, lavender stem or buds

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water. Once boiling, add the Lavender Lace tea leaves and steep for 3 minutes. Strain.
  2. Whisk in the brown sugar until dissolved.
  3. Add remaining water and lemon juice. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  4. Serve over ice with a lemon slice and lavender to garnish, if desired.

Enjoy!

Recipe Tips:

  • Taste the lemonade before cooling; if it seems too tart for your liking, you can add up to ¼ cup more of white sugar to help tone down the sourness.
