The St. James Literary League meets four times a year to explore classic literature from around the world, on a “come-as-you’re-interested” basis.
This next Literary League, we feature The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. The story revolves around a portrait of Dorian Gray painted by Basil Hallward, a friend of Dorian’s and an artist infatuated with Dorian’s beauty.
A full afternoon tea of our “La Vie en Rose” menu will be served during the discussion.
*Please come having read the book and note you may be seated with another group.
