The St. James Literary League meets four times a year to explore classic literature from around the world, on a “come-as-you’re-interested” basis.
This next Literary League, we feature The Man Who Would be King by Rudyard Kipling. The Man tells the story of two adventurers, Daniel Dravot and Peachey Carnehan, as told by the narrator journalist they meet during their travels in Imperial India.
A full afternoon tea of our “Royal Garden Party” menu will be served during the discussion.
*Please come having read the book and note you may be seated with another group.
