Join us for a literary discussion over afternoon tea as we finish off this year’s literary series, featuring the Brontë sisters and their finest works!

During this meeting, we discuss Anne Bronte’s classic work, Agnes Grey. Centered around the title character, our story follows the life of a young governess in Victorian England, who finds the job not as easy as expected among the upper class. Through her experiences, she discovers female independence, moral character, the impact of class in society, and love.

Whether you have been joining us throughout the series or this is your first time, come and enjoy a lively literary discussion among fellow readers!

Afternoon tea will be served before the discussion begins, featuring “The Tale of a Narnian Teatime” menu.
