We are excited to honor Lee as our Employee of the Month for February. Lee has been a part of our Market Staff since July of 2016, and this is not the first time she has shown an exceptional heart for guests and her team, as she was Employee of the Month for December 2016.
Since then, Lee’s tasks have become even more natural to her. We have seen her grow to become a Chief Market Attendant and a Tea Master. As a Chief, she fosters a positive atmosphere for her team and always answers questions from fellow employees with grace and kindness.
That kindness and excellence extend to our other departments as well, as Lee, in consistent moments of gentility, serves in whatever capacity she can. We often find her assisting the Servers and Shift Leaders by filling waters or serving the featured cocktail to guests.
Her desire to see each of our teams succeed is one of our favorite things about Lee, and we also enjoy how treasured she makes our guests feel. In every situation, she is calm and capably helps each guest to the best of her ability. Many guests now ask about her or greet her enthusiastically when they see her.
She especially delighted children and parents alike in one of our special events, where she played Mrs. Beaver during our “Narnian Teatime” menu last year. When recounting her experience, Lee said she thinks she had even more fun than the children, who adored her.
